The San Francisco Irish Film Festival invites you to BE INSPIRED by this year's diverse and entertaining line-up. The Festival offers a true taste of contemporary Ireland, from its rolling green hills to its gritty city streets. This year's program includes; the hilarious, yet poignant 2012 Oscar-winning short, THE SHORE, the uplifting documentary, BALLYMUN LULLABY, and Ian Fitzgibbon’s DEATH OF A SUPERHERO. The festival opens with DOLLHOUSE, and a special guest appearance by Irish writer and director, Kirsten Sheridan. Other film highlights include BERNADETTE the story of Irish activist Bernadette Devlin, the youngest women to ever win a seat in the English parliament.
