Roxie Mixtape #8: Call for Submissions
Whether you call it the Bay, the Bay Area, or Yay Areaaa, The Roxie is calling all Bay Area filmmakers to be a part of our on-going mini-festival, Roxie Mixtape! Roxie Mixtape is a tradition within The Roxie and Bay Area community and focuses on featuring screenings of diverse and engaging short works showcasing talented voices from the Bay Area.
Whether you are a student artist, an experienced filmmaker, or simply a member of the community with a unique take to share, your submitted short film will be considered for screening to the public at the Big Roxie this spring. All genres are welcome, including but not limited to animation, documentary, narrative, experimental, live performance with a film component, music video, and found footage. The submissions will be screened by a committee and, if selected, premiere for the public on May 21st during a night of great local cinema and festivities.
Entry Length/Year:
Works no longer than 15 minutes, completed in any year, are eligible.
