The Pay Transparency Project (PTP) is a community-driven database that offers nonfiction video professionals timely insight into constantly evolving hiring trends and pay parity practices. Join us and help build a more transparent future!

Registration is FREE. Access is open to all. You also have the option to contribute a donation to BAMMS, which will help cover the costs of BAMMS 2023. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and contribute to helping sustain BAMMS and its mission.
