Help us finish Forever Roxie strong!

We have a $7 million goal to ensure The Roxie thrives for generations to come. This year, after years of dreaming and hard work behind the scenes, we hit our first major milestone: we bought The Roxie’s building. And now, thanks to donors like YOU, we’re more than 98% of the way to our goal.

But we’re not done yet. This final stretch is crucial. It’s what will allow us to dream big—and turn those dreams into action. We’re actively planning essential technology upgrades, building maintenance and structural renovations, expanding our programming, deepening community partnerships, and investing in the incredible team that powers it all.

Now’s the time to act. If you believe in The Roxie, help us finish strong—and secure its future forever.

Support the Roxie’s future with a gift today.

The Roxie is more than just a theater— it’s a place where stories come alive, filmmakers find their audience, and our community gathers to be inspired, entertained, and connected.

Here’s how you can help preserve the Roxie we all love and help us shine even brighter in the years to come.

Join the Poppy Society

As part of this campaign, we have launched a new, special circle of Roxie donors. The Poppy Society celebrates and honors major donors to the Roxie. Named after the Poppy Theater, the original name of the Roxie’s historic home on 16th and Valencia Street, this society connects modern supporters with over 110 years of cinematic history in San Francisco.

Being part of the Poppy Society also comes with all kinds of perks! We’re excited to celebrate this group and build the community in the coming years.

Gifts of all sizes make a difference. Thank you for your support!
