Purchasing Tickets

We begin our movies at the posted showtime. Tickets can be purchased at the Roxie Box Office or directly from this website. To purchase tickets online, please go to a specific film’s page and click on the showtime you’d like to attend. All showtimes can also be found on the ROXIE ONLINE CALENDAR.

The Roxie Box Office is open daily beginning 30 minutes before the first show of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last show of the day. We only accept cash or credit/debit card in both the Big Roxie and Little Roxie. We do not accept mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) or payments from American Express.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges.

Ticket Policies

ARRIVAL

We recommend that online ticketing customers be present at least 15 minutes before showtime to ensure seating, especially for special events or festival screenings. In the event of a sold out show, seats that are unclaimed ten minutes after showtime may be surrendered to those waiting in a rush line – please be sure to arrive early.

HOW TO REDEEM ONLINE TICKETS

Bring your email, barcode, or QR code to the box office, either on your phone or printed from the internet. The box office manager will then print your tickets for you. Tickets purchased through our website are also available at will call if you provide your name. Tickets purchased through a third-party service (e.g. Fandango) cannot be redeemed by name and must be redeemed via a barcode, QR code, or alternative form of confirmation provided by said service.

TICKET REFUNDS

The Roxie cannot replace lost tickets or provide refunds for already-purchased tickets or tickets secured through a third party, such as Fandango. Please email us at info@roxie.com if you have any questions. 

PAYMENT METHOD

We only accept cash or credit/debit card in both the Big Roxie and Little Roxie. We cannot accept payments from American Express. We do not accept mobile pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) as a form of payment.

GIFT CARDS

Reusable gift cards can be purchased in any amount from the box office or concessions. At this time, gift cards cannot be purchased online.

GROUP TICKETS

We offer a reduced rate of $12 per ticket (vs. $14 regular admission) for groups of 15 or more when purchased together as a single payment. Group sales must be booked in advance. Please email info@roxie.com to inquire about group ticketing.

MOVIES FOR ALL

Movies For All is a program at The Roxie whereby EBT/SNAP card holders qualify for a $5 movie ticket. EBT/SNAP cards must be presented at the box office to purchase or claim a $5 ticket, but cannot themselves be used to pay for the ticket. Limit one ticket per cardholder. Any questions? STUDENT DISCOUNTS

The Roxie does not offer a student discount on individual tickets, but we do have a Student Membership available – just $65 a year for discounted tickets, invitations to special events, and more. Sign up here!

LITTLE ONES

Children aged 4 or younger do not need a ticket. Children aged 5 and above require a paid ticket for admission.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Double features, festival programming, and film-related special events may be priced differently.

• Unless you are a Roxie Member, film tickets bought online will include an additional $1.62 service fee.
• Roxie movies begin at their posted showtime. Previews play in the 30 minutes before showtime.
