River of Life LGBTQ+, directed by drama therapist Grace Walcott, is a multigenerational LGBTQ+ documentary that follows 13 queer participants of diverse races, ages, and identities through a 10-week drama-therapy workshop. As elders and youth share intergenerational stories—from bar raids and ACT UP protests to contemporary debates over gender and inclusion—they confront internalized queerphobia and repair community rifts. The film captures breakthrough moments of empathy, reclaimed belonging, and radical joy.
