Derived and combined from the words Filipino and pelikula (film), FILIKULA is the Roxie’s gateway into an exploration of Philippine culture, tradition, and language through cinema. This series aims to highlight stories that reflect and connect the motherland and the Fil-Am diaspora community in the Bay Area and beyond.
