The Roxie Membership program is critical to keeping our theater running. Roxie Members are a vital community that not only support us by coming out to our movies but also by showing up for cinemagoing in general. Sign up today! Your membership provides The Roxie with the critical support we need to keep bringing you the best in independent cinema. Ticket sales and concessions cover only half of our annual budget–the rest comes from donations and members like you! And because we’re a 501(c)3 nonprofit, your membership is partially tax deductible! This summer, we’ve set a goal of reaching 3,000 active members
Support the cinema you love and walk away with some limited-edition goods! All new and renewing members get a classic Roxie sticker and a brand new, holographic throwback sticker that pays homage to our very first membership card design.
If you join us at the Patron or Angel level, we’ll also toss in a special magnet inspired by vintage Roxie calendars to keep the Roxie spirit alive on your fridge!
On top of offering a year of free or discounted tickets, we celebrate our members with both our annual Member Appreciation Party in September, and the upcoming Member Movie Pick screening in July (you vote and we’ll play the winning movie!), and the Silver Screen Club, our bi-monthly after-screening discussion group for members only. In addition, members get a free movie ticket on their birthday, and invitations and discounts to special events throughout the year.
You’ll also receive a Roxie Arthouse Challenge card, exclusively for folks who sign up or renew during this year’s membership sale. Inspired by our Arthouse 50 celebration, we’re challenging members to dive deep into our signature film series over the coming year.
Your support allows us to program the incisive, thought-provoking, and fantastic films that make The Roxie what it is today–we invite you to take a journey through the kaleidoscopic range of The Roxie’s signature programming series, featuring both familiar favorites like RoxCine and Staff Picks, as well as exciting newer series like FiliKula!
Anyone who fills up their card with stamps will be entered into a raffle to win a free Little Roxie theater rental! The drawing for the winner will take place August 2027, so you’ll have over a year to fill your passport.

Student & Low Income Discount
We want everyone to be able to escape into cinema with us. Enjoy all the benefits of the Fan-level membership at a reduced rate – just $65 a year, now $58 through the end of our 2026 Membership Drive! Students must provide proof of their current student ID.
