Terms and Conditions for Online Ticket Sales


ALL ONLINE TICKET SALES ARE FINAL – we cannot provide cash or credit card refunds for online ticket purchases.

We ask that all customers double-check the time and date of the screening they’re booking to ensure they’ve chosen the correct one. Exchanges can only be done in advance of the date and time listed on the ticket at the Roxie Box Office, which opens 30 minutes before each day’s showtimes. In the event that a future showtime is not available, we will provide passes in exchange for the tickets if requested at the box office in advance of showtime. We cannot provide exchanges or passes for tickets after the listed showtimes; if you do not arrive at the theater, your ticket will be forfeited.

We recommend that online ticketing customers be present 15 minutes before showtime to ensure seating, especially for special events or festival screenings. In the event of a sold out show, seats that are unclaimed shortly before showtime may be surrendered to those waiting in a rush line – please be sure to arrive early.

Because of our small staff and limited office hours, we’re afraid that the Roxie cannot provide phone or email support for ticketing purchases. Please check our web site for showtimes, or visit the box office if you need personal assistance.
